Pretty standard for a 3 star hotel, but we expected more, especially since it was our honeymoon. The service is friendly but nothing extraordinary. Our room was very humid and sticky, it had a damp smell and never really got cool despite the AC. The door was very hard to open every time we entered. The bathroom was pretty small and the door is always in the way of everything. Our shower would also not stay one temperature which was very annoying. The breakfast is small and decent, free drinking water is always available. We really liked the location because it is central but quiet . Very close to the old town and not far from downtown. There are also a lot of friendly cats nearby which we loved :)

Great central location, just outside one of the old town gates. Lots of bars, food markets, walking streets etc nearby. Hotel very well run and staff very helpful. Room was quiet, basic but clean. Nice refreshing pool to cool off in the afternoon. Good breakfast.

Friendly staff who are very helpful. Location is super close to the south gate night market which has the cheapest street food in Chiang Mai. Pool is shaded so water is very cool. Our room had a hard time getting cool as the sun beat onto it from two sides. We stayed in room 309. Outside of that they have a great breakfast and we loved our stay here!

Totally enjoyed my 6 night stay. Every staff member was friendly and always had a smile. The included breakfast offers added value and has a good selection of options. The coffee machine works well and the coffee is good. My room was clean and comfortable and they have parking. The pool is beautiful as well. I also enjoyed the location which is across the street from old town and there are so many street food vendors within a 2 min walk. The Saturday night market is also only 2 mins away.

1400 baht cash per night during Feb. 2024. I had better room in Bangkok. AC works barely. TV remote control doesn't work at all. Washroom is dirty. AC is dirty. Just stayed 1 night and moving to near by.

Great location right next to Saturday Night Market and Chiangmai Gate of old city. Plenty of food/bar surround and easy to access. The bed of this hotel ain't too good with squawking sound when you moving around tho....overall great value for a short stay
